I had the idea to share moments and inspirations from my life. Consider it a reflection of my thoughts and passions! With My 7 Favourites I will update you on what inspires me, and possibly you!

I randomly came up with this idea and thought this was a great way for me to reflect on and share my thoughts, interests and inspirations. And it would be fun if you’d tag along.

What I am going to share with you are My 7 Favourites: Experiences and inspirations I enjoyed in a specific time of my life, on a regular base! It would be amazing if I can inspire someone else and I also would love to be inspired by you! So definitely feel free to share Your 7 Favourites.

What you can expect are Favourites on the following subjects:

1. Music or Experience: Music I love, or a memorable moment or event

2. Inspiration: Speaker/Creator/Artist/Athlete

3. Wellbeing: Exercise/Mental/Recovery

5. Cultural: Quote or Book

6. Art: Music, Photo, Video or Art-piece

7. Nutrition: Meal, Drink or Supplement

Taking the time for this is a moment of reflection and gratitude for me. Moments slip by so quickly which is why I want to capture those moments and look back on the effect they've had in my life.

It’s just another creative endeavour I feel like doing, and I hope it can be of value for you. I’m sure its form will change along the way.
